Introduction

Villefranche-sur-Mer is a beautifully picturesque seaside community with waterfront restaurants and cafés, nestled on the Mediterranean coast between Nice and Monte Carlo.

The property is situated in a residential area with stunning sea views, a 300m walk to the nearest restaurant. All amenities on the waterfront in Villefranche (inc many restaurants and café bars etc) 10 min drive or 30 min walk.

Elegantly furnished property, with French doors opening onto wonderful terraces with magnificent sea views. The villa is light and airy, with cool marble tiled floors and pale walls. The house is rented out as one whole unit comprising independent accommodation on two floors (no communicating staircase).

The attractively coordinated and comfortable bedrooms have wooden parquet floors.

Steps to the pool area with pool-side loungers, parasols, dining table and pool house with shower changing room and WC. There is also a built in barbeque for enjoying al fresco meals in the lovely garden.

Pool can be heated; 130€ per week (at least 7 days notice required).

The property is located in a residential area in Villefranche-sur-Mer. 300m walk to the nearest restaurant. All amenities and shops in the village including many waterside cafés and restaurants.

All along the coast the restaurants and terrace cafés are wonderful, from Michelin Starred to reasonably priced, many right on the ports with such romantic views.

10 minute drive to Nice or 20 minutes to Monaco and a little further to the Italian border.

Less than 10 minutes to the three most exclusive bays of Cap Ferrat, Beaulieu sur Mer and Villefranche sur Mer. The lovely coastal train can be picked up in either Beaulieu or Villefranche which will take you into Italy (17 miles) via Monaco or to Cannes via Nice.

Grasse is the 'perfume capital of the world' and lies 45 mins from the house. Spectacular old village with winding streets and stunning views. Excellent restaurants and cafés. Endless opportunities to sample and purchase perfume, as well as visits to the manufacturers to see the rose petals being transformed into scent. Make your own perfume too.

Visit Antibes and Juan les Pins, the preferred hang-outs for many celebrities. Amazing night-life with many clubs, bars and restaurants.

St Tropez is perhaps the most beach resort in the world after Brigitte Bardot arrived in 1956 to make the film 'Et Dieu Créa la Femme'. Since then, St Tropez has become synonymous with its celebrity lifestyle and Mediterranean chicness. It certainly is an appealing place; a little fishing village on the southern shores of the Golfe de St Tropez. The 'Vieux Port', with the old town rising above the eastern quay is where you'll get the classic St Tropez experience. Choose from many sidewalk cafés to just sit and watch people go by.

The village has a huge choice of shops, cafés, restaurants, picturesque squares, winding streets and beautiful architecture to admire. Lively night-life clubs and cultural events. Several beaches to choose from.

• Prices are for the rental of the entire property above, per week.
• Bookings run from Saturday 4pm to Saturday 10am and include electricity, water, linen and towels (not beach / pool towels).
• Pool Heating 130 Euros per week (at least 7 days notice required).
• Please enquire for rates during Monaco Grand Prix in May.
• Neither Pure France nor the property owner are liable for any loss or interruption of internet service.
• No smoking in the property.
