Many, pretty, traditional villages all within easy reach.

Carcassonne, 80 min is a must-see with its fortified citadel. Great for kids and adults, there are many artisan shops and cafés and bars and restaurants.

Toulouse (60 min) is a beautiful, southern city, famous for its red bricks and winding streets. Good shopping, excellent restaurants.
