Local Information

The property is located in a wine growing hamlet, 5 minutes drive from Trebes and the Canal du Midi and 15 minutes from the World Heritage City of Carcassonne. There is a restaurant in the Chateau which is just a minute's walk.

Carcassonne airport is 20 minutes away, with flights from London Stansted, Dublin, East Midlands and Brussels.

Toulouse Airport is just over one hour drive, with flights from Gatwick and many more European airports.

The nearest shops, banks, Internet Cafe and supermarkets are 5 minutes' drive away in Trebes.

The region is famous for its Cathar History, beautiful villages and of course the vineyards which surround us. Wonderful walking, trekking and mountain-biking are at our back door.

40 minute drive from the Mediterranean beaches and just over an hour and a half to the Pyrenees.
