The property is located in a residential area 2 min drive from the centre of the village of Fitou.

The charming village of Fitou is 22 km north of Perpignan (Ryanair airport) and 30 minutes south of Narbonne.
The village itself nestles in a small valley and is world famous for its appellation controlée red wine.

There are numerous wine producing outlets in the village as well as charming café, newsagents, small grocery store and choice of fantastic traditional restaurants.

Choose from many Mediterranean beaches (10 min away) and there is also the opportunity to stop at the famous oyster shacks.

Fantastic area for windsurfing and sightseeing; follow the historical Cathar trail or spend the day across the border in Spain (45 min away).

Things to do and see include:
- Fitou village has tennis courts, football stadium, petanque and children's play areas.
- wide choice of beaches with good bathing and many beach bars/restaurants.
- mapped walks and cycling routes plus many water sports.
- Pyrenees, Spain, Narbonne, Carcassonne, Montpellier and the Black Mountains.

• * Sterling & Dollar rates are provided ONLY as a guide - all rentals are payable in EUROS.
• Prices are for the rental of the entire property above, per week.
• Bookings run from Saturday 4pm to Saturday 10am and include electricity, water, linen and towels (not beach towels).
• Please note electricity and heating are not included November to end April.
• 2 cots & 2 high chairs available.
• No smoking in the property.
