The property is located on the edge of the small village of Moussan, 10 min north of Narbonne and 25 min from the long sandy, Mediterranean beach at Narbonne Plage.
It's a two minute walk into Moussan village with its two grocery stores, bakery and wine outlet.
Further shops and restaurants and supermarket in neighboring villages of Marcorignan and St Marcel, 5 min.
All amenities in Narbonne, 10 min. Lovely waterside shops and cafés and restaurants and covered market.
