The property is located in open countryside just outside Port La Nautique, 10 min from Narbonne and 15 min from Narbonne Plage and Gruissan.

Bakery 2 min drive. All amenities in Narbonne including café bar restaurants, traditional markets and supermarkets.

Narbonne Plage and Gruissan village for great Mediterranean beaches, traditional markets, café bar restaurants, water park and amusement parks.

The nearby, beautiful Canal du Midi is a great respite from the busy beaches. Made famous recently by Rick Stein's BBC TV series, the canal offers miles of flat, tree-lined, shady footpaths with many waterside bars and restaurants.
