This large country house is located south of Narbonne amongst the Languedoc vineyards, just 15 min from Mediterranean beaches at Narbonne Plage.

All amenities in the lovely town of Narbonne, just 5 min away, including a multitude of café bars and restaurants and the wonderful, daily food market of Les Halles.

Less than 5 min from the house is the pretty port and harbour of Port La Nautique.

Stunning Mediterranean beaches at Narbonne Plage (with many cafe bars and restaurants) and there's also the fascinating village of Gruissan with its winding streets, traditional markets, pavement restaurants, stilted houses and amusement parks and cultural events.

The house itself offers spacious accommodation of over 200m² with lovely living and dining room and three large bedrooms, one ensuite and one large family bathroom.

10 x 5 pool with sun terrace and 4,500m² of grounds with Mediterranean flowers and mature trees.

(Railway line runs approx 250m from the property).

The property is located in open countryside just outside Port La Nautique, 10 min from Narbonne and 15 min from Narbonne Plage and Gruissan.

Bakery 2 min drive. All amenities in Narbonne including café bar restaurants, traditional markets and supermarkets.

Tennis club, 10 min with free public WiFi.

The nearby, beautiful Canal du Midi is a great respite from the busy beaches. Made famous recently by Rick Stein's BBC TV series, the canal offers miles of flat, tree-lined, shady footpaths with many waterside bars and restaurants.

Many opportunities for wine-tasting.

Carcassonne (30 min) with its stunning fortified city and numerous attractions including many café bars and restaurants and summer spectaculars.

Beautiful coastal villages to explore all the way down to the Spanish border (55 min).

• Prices are for the rental of the entire property above, per week.
• Bookings run from Saturday 4pm to Saturday 10am and include electricity, water, linen and towels, (not beach towels).
• (Railway line runs approx 250m from the property).
• No smoking in the property.
