This authentic château dates back to the early 1700s and through careful restoration, has retained many of its original features to present a wonderful opportunity to experience a unique life-style.



Entrance to the château is by an arched, double wooden door. Majestic hallway with magnificent old staircase in wood with wooden banister.

Ground floor accommodation comprises fully-equipped kitchen with range cooker, American-style fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven and hob. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

 Main living room with satellite TV channels and DVD, Wi-Fi internet. Doors open to the sunny courtyard garden and pool area.

On the 1st floor, further sitting room (with TV) and 2 bedrooms and a shower room.

Second floor with 4 further bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with twin showers.

The property is located in secluded countryside 20 minutes south of Carcassonne and only 3miles from the beautiful town of Limoux.



Spectacular views all the way down to the Pyrenees. Riding stable 1 min.

• A cook on request, price depending on service requested, please enquire.
