The property is located in open countryside, 2km from a small hamlet.
Good amenities in nearby village, Montmoreau 6 km. Supermarket and shops / restaurants etc.

Local features are Aubeterre on the Dronne where you can hire canoes and visit the eglise Monolythic.

Markets are at Riberac and Brantome. And lots to do in Angouleme. Cognac and Jarnac, about 40-50 km away with tours of the famous distilleries.

St Emilion is about 60 km but well worth a visit. Endless choice of excellent wine...

• Bookings run from Saturday 4pm to Saturday 10am and include electricity, water, linen and towels (inc. pool towels).
