Introduction

With parts dating back several hundred years this traditional farmhouse has been sympathetically restored to a very high standard to offer superb accommodation with spacious, lawned garden, private pool and spectacular views.

Located 5 min from the hugely picturesque, Provençal town of Nyons on the road towards Orange, the superb views stretch from the edge of the garden over a sea of endless views towards the imposing Mount Ventoux in the south.
In the distance, you can just about make out the church tower in Nyons; all amenities here in this famous olive oil producing town. Winding back streets hide numerous, excellent restaurants and pavement café bars. All shops and restaurants.

The property is set over three spacious floors. Brand new, fitted kitchen opens out the lawn and covered dining terrace. Along the hall is a dedicated games room with pool table and darts.

The property is located off the road between Orange and Nyons. 5 min drive to the beautiful town of Nyons, approx 30 min from Orange.
Nyons 10 min, is a very picturesque town with all shops, supermarkets and many restaurants in its pretty squares and winding streets. It is famous for its olive oil and there are lots of outlets and private producers. Also, lavender, honey and truffle readily available!

Vaison-la-Romaine, 20 min is a lovely, typically Provençal village with many pavement cafés and restaurants and pretty, colourful houses. All shops and supermarkets. Stunning scenery all around.

Visit the Roman town of Orange with its famous amphitheatre and don't miss Avignon and the Pope's Palace.
