Fully private and independent, the house is set over three floors and offers comfortable and welcoming accommodation with two bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms.

Kitchen and living / dining area open to a very private terrace with dining table and chairs overlooking the surrounding garden and vineyards and countryside.

Lovely, private pool 8 x 4m with sun terrace and covered dining area with BBQ sit at the end of a winding path through the olive trees and lavender bushes.

Discreet and charming owner lives in the separate, main property and shares the long driveway and parking area.
Garden and pool are for exclusive use of the renters.

Rousset les Vignes is a major wine-producing village and is one of the villages which were allowed in 1969 to add their name to the generic, local Côtes-du-Rhône name.

All amenities in Valréas (5 km) including bakery, supermarket, café bars and restaurants.

Nyons is the olive oil capital of France and is a very picturesque town with all shops, supermarkets and many restaurants in its pretty squares and winding streets. Many olive oil outlets and private producers. Also, lavender, honey and truffle readily available!

The property is located on the edge of the picturesque village of Rousset les Vignes, 10 min from Nyons and approx 30 min from Orange.
All amenities in Valréas (5 km) including bakery, supermarket, café bars and restaurants.

Visit the Roman town of Orange with its famous amphitheatre and don't miss Avignon and the Pope's Palace.

• * Sterling & Dollar rates are provided ONLY as a guide - all rentals are payable in EUROS.
• Prices are for the rental of the entire property above, per week.
• Bookings run from Saturday 4pm to Saturday 10am and include electricity, water, linen and towels (not beach / pool towels).
• Security deposit of 250 Euros cash payable to the owner upon arrival. Fully refundable (if no damages or breakages) on to departure.
• No smoking in the property.
