The property is situated on a single track lane in a small hamlet 6 km from Anduze, 18 km from Alès, north of Nimes 40 min and Montpellier 60 min.
1 min drive to local bakery. All shops including supermarket, café bars and restaurants in Anduze.

Surrounding the property are endless vineyards - this is superb wine-producing country and there are almost too many places to taste and buy the local produce!
