The property is located outside the village of Thil (approx 20 min walk, 3 min drive).

In Thil, there is a local shop selling most items, a post office, the mairie and tennis courts.

Nearest supermarket is at Saint Paul (9kms from the house) or a smaller one in Cadours (6kms), there is horse-riding - 2 hour hacks, lessons etc 8kms from the house, 3 golf courses in the area, nearest one at Seilh (about 15kms), Grenade has a huge market on Saturday mornings (12kms) and has all convenience stores - it is the nearest town. Outdoor swimming with water slides is 20kms away at Solomaic with crazy golf etc.

Nearest bars are Saint Paul (9kms), Levignac (10kms), Grenade (12kms). Nearest restaurants are Launac (le Château) (5kms), Cadours, Cologne (18kms), Montaigut (le Retalier) (10kms) and numerous in Grenade.

"It was the perfect house for a young family to visit in a spectacular location. It epitomized everything you would hope for in French Country House. The facilities were perfect for our young 2 year old daughter. Unfortunately, she took a liking to the playroom, rather than her Dad’s preference, the pool.
