High quality, traditional chateau set in 25 acres of private grounds.

The property is situated in open countryside 45 min from Toulouse and comprises the main chateau with 3 bedrooms and a further 4 bedrooms in accommodation around the central courtyard. Total occupancy of up to 13 people.

The chateau dates back to the 11th Century when it was occupied by monks as a monastery. It is believed they supplied quality wine to the Knights of the Crusade on their long journey to the Middle East.

The main chateau is superbly renovated consisting of 3 main bedrooms each with en-suite and dressing facilities (air-conditioned).
Large living room (with Wi-Fi internet & UK satellite TV) and dining room with outdoor eating terrace which has unbridled views of the Pyrenees and Black Mountains.

Further accommodation (4 bedrooms) in the garden houses.

The chateau is situated in open countryside on the border of the Haute-Garonne and Ariège departments in the south-west of France. Local village of Lézat-sur-Lèze is midway (45 min) between Toulouse and Foix.

• Bookings run from Saturday 4:00pm to Saturday 10:00am.
