Local Information

The property is situated 50min north west of Toulouse, just outside the picturesque village of St Clar.

Each Thursday morning there is a local market in one of the two arcaded squares.

Local village, St Clar (800m) with 2 bakeries, restaurant and pizzeria, supermarket, two café bars, estate agent, three doctors, two pharmacies and a bank with cash machine. Two hairdressers.

During the summer months the 'Base de Loisirs' is open, featuring a large swimming lake with sandy beach and water slides.

Lovely countryside and medieval villages all around. Many excellent restaurants and places of interest to visit; chateaux, wineries, evening markets, local village fetes etc.
