This beautiful, converted pigeon loft is hugely unique and equally as charming; a lovely, fully restored stone folly sits amongst the stunning and vast, rolling Gascony countryside between Agen and Auch in the south west of France.

75m² of living space spread over 3 floors offers kitchen, living area, two bedrooms and family bathroom. Original features throughout and wonderful views. UK satellite TV and Wi-Fi internet access.

Outside, you'll find a lawned garden and dining terrace. 10m x 5m solar heated, fresh water (ionized / oxygenated) swimming pool (shared with the property owners).

It's a pleasant 800m walk into the local village of St Clar where you'll find a two bakeries, restaurant and pizzeria, supermarket, two café bars, estate agent, two hairdressers, three doctors, two pharmacies and a bank with cash machine.

During the summer months the 'Base de Loisirs' is open, featuring a large swimming lake with sandy beach and water slides.

Note: Staircase is narrow and circular. Not suitable for young children or elderly.

The property is situated 50min north west of Toulouse, just outside the picturesque village of St Clar.

Each Thursday morning there is a local market in one of the two arcaded squares.

Local village, St Clar (800m) with 2 bakeries, restaurant and pizzeria, supermarket, two café bars, estate agent, three doctors, two pharmacies and a bank with cash machine. Two hairdressers.

During the summer months the 'Base de Loisirs' is open, featuring a large swimming lake with sandy beach and water slides.

Lovely countryside and medieval villages all around. Many excellent restaurants and places of interest to visit; Château, wineries, evening markets, local village fetes etc.

• * Sterling & Dollar rates are provided ONLY as a guide - all rentals are payable in EUROS.
• Prices are for the rental of the entire property above, per week.
• Bookings run from Saturday 4pm to Saturday 10am and include electricity, water, linen and towels, (not pool towels).
• Maid service available once a week for guests staying two weeks.
• Neither Pure France nor the property owner are liable for any loss or interruption of internet service.
• No smoking in the property.
