Mas Larlat is a centuries old, traditional farmhouse fully renovated with sympathetic materials. Superb quality throughout with tiled floors and original beamed ceilings.

Set in 9 hectares of lawns, flower gardens and woodland, the property is situated in rolling countryside, 1 minute drive outside the picturesque, hilltop town of St Clar (heart of Gascony) with all shops and several restaurants.

All accommodation is within the spacious ground floor; open-plan living room / recreation room with high, beamed ceiling.

The swimming pools; certainly one of the largest and most attractive pools at any self-catering property in the whole of France. Measuring 21 x 12m at its maximum, the pool is uniquely designed and features a superb 'plage' - a gradual, sloping entrance with depth from 0 - 1.5m.
For smaller children, separate paddling pool 4m diameter x 30cm depth.

Charming French owners live in private wing of the property with private and independent access with their own garden.
Pools are for exclusive use of the renters. Owners are on hand if required for local recommendations or problems or are otherwise wholly discreet.

Map & local information

The property is situated 50min north west of Toulouse, just outside the picturesque village of St Clar in the heart of Gascony.

Each Thursday morning there is a local market in one of the two arcaded squares.

Local village, St Clar (1 km) with 2 bakeries, restaurant and pizzeria, supermarket, two café bars, estate agent, three doctors, two pharmacies and a bank with cash machine. Two hairdressers.

During the summer months the 'Base de Loisirs' is open, featuring a large swimming lake with sandy beach and water slides.

Lovely countryside and medieval villages all around. Many excellent restaurants and places of interest to visit; Châteaux, wineries, evening markets, local village fetes etc.

• * Sterling & Dollar rates are provided ONLY as a guide - all rentals are payable in EUROS.
• Prices are for the rental of the entire property above, per week.
• Bookings run from Saturday 4pm to Saturday 10am and include electricity, water, linen and towels (not pool towels).
• Neither Pure France nor the property owner are liable for any loss or interruption of internet service.
• Security deposit of £400 or 500 Euros cash payable to the housekeeper upon arrival. Fully refundable (if no damages or breakages) prior to departure.
• No smoking in the property.
