The property is situated in secluded countryside just outside a small hamlet, 4 km from the pretty, hilltop town of St Clar, 50min north west of Toulouse, in the heart of Gascony.
The house is accessed via a private, rural, stone lane.

Local village, St Clar with 2 bakeries, restaurant and pizzeria, supermarket, two café bars, estate agent, three doctors, two pharmacies and a bank. Church and cash machine. Each Thursday morning there is a local market in one of the two arcaded squares.

During the summer months the 'Base de Loisirs' is open, featuring a large swimming lake with sandy beach, lawns, playground and water slides.

The surrounding area provides a wide variety of places to visit for day trips. Nearby are lakes, many with sandy beaches, offering child and teenage friendly water-based activities. Other possibilities include:

• * Sterling & Dollar rates are provided ONLY as a guide - all rentals are payable in EUROS.
• Prices are for the rental of the entire property above, per week.
• Bookings run from Saturday 4pm to Saturday 11am and include electricity, water, linen and towels (not beach / pool towels).
• Minimum of 4 adults required for all 12 person bookings.
• No open fires, fireplaces are for decorative purposes only.
• The property rental is NOT for retail purposes or other commercial intentions such as commercial photo shoot.
• It is the responsibility of the renter to securely cover the pool with the automatic cover when the pool is not attended at all times.
• Neither Pure France nor the property owner are liable for any loss or interruption of internet service.
• No smoking in the property.
