The property is situated in 10 acres of private grounds in open countryside close to Masseube and Samaran, approximately 30 minutes from Auch and 90 min from Toulouse.

All amenities within 10k including supermarket, café bars and restaurants, pharmacy, bank and all shops.

Auch 30 min is a pretty town with further restaurants and pavement cafés. Many shops with local produce. Weekly market.

Tries sur Baise, 15 min with bakery, butcher, small supermarket, wine outlet and local produce shop. Café bar and 3 restaurants and take-out pizza. Street market on Tuesday mornings.

Every Sunday between April and November alternate villages organise a vide grenier where you can bargain hunt for antiques.

In August, Marciac hosts a jazz festival; which attracts artists from all over the world.

Pau and Toulouse are all beautiful cities and Tarbes not only offers historical buildings but also a Michelin starred restaurant.

• Prices are for the rental of the entire property above, per week.
• Bookings run from Saturday 4pm to Saturday 10am and include electricity, water, linen and towels (not beach / pool towels).
• Neither Pure France nor the property owner are liable for any loss or interruption of internet service.
• No smoking in the property.
