The chateau dates back to the 13th & 14th centuries and is constructed of the mellow old stone characteristic of the area. Old outer walls of the original fortification remain as testament to its age and original purpose, as do fortified tower rooms, some arrow-slit windows and stone arches. The property has been thoroughly modernised throughout to preserve its original features with exposed stonework, beams and old wooden doors and floors in several areas.

Vic-Fezensac, a small lively town, is 5 min away with a variety of shops and facilities, including 3 supermarkets.

All amenities in Auch, 15 min, a pretty town with supermarkets, all shops and many restaurants.

Property owners live in separate and independent accommodation in the pool courtyard and are available only if required for help and advice.
