Mediterranean beaches lie just 15 mins away, while the nearby village of Marseillan (5 mins) has some beautiful and famous seafood restaurants located around the small harbour.

The property is located on the edge of Pomerols village. All amenities are within 5 mins walk. Pomerols is a delightful, Mediterranean wine-producing village between Béziers and Montpellier. Mediterranean coast and beaches lie just 15 mins away.

The village of Pomerols has a café bar, restaurant, 3 bakeries, small supermarket, two butchers, florist, pharmacy and one of the most famous chocolate shops in France. Winding streets and ancient houses date back to the 14th, 15th and 16th centuries.

Traditional street market on Monday and Thursday mornings. Evening / night markets during the summer (every two weeks).

Marseillan village, 5 minutes away has a beautiful port and many waterside, famous seafood restaurants. Visit also the production caves and museum of Noilly Prat.

Marseillan Plage is one of the best Mediterranean beaches; super child-friendly with water sports and cafés and restaurants.

Nearby seafood capital of France, Bouzigues produces the most famous oysters and offers a superb choice of seafood restaurants, all located around the pretty port and harbour.

Superb region for wine-tasting and discovering the diverse countryside; vineyards, garrigues and mountainous National Languedoc park.

• Bookings run from Saturday 4:00pm to Saturday 10:00am.
• No smoking in the property.
• Bookings include electricity, water, linen and towels (not beach towels).
• Please note electricity and heating are not included November to end April.
