Very child-friendly villa, (completely enclosed pool & garden) with a selection of toys and games. Super 8 x 3m private pool with extended shallow end. Large terrace with table and chairs and BBQ. Sunroom / conservatory with dining table and indoor BBQ.

Lovely location, Pézenas is only 5 mins away, while the glorious Med beaches are only 25 mins.

Montpellier airport 40 mins. Nimes, Carcassonne, Perpignan airports 80 mins.

The house is situated in the beautiful, traditional village of Tourbes, with all the necessary amenities; grocery shop, tobacconists / newsagent, restaurant, café, bar, wine cave, butcher and chemist. Mini market on a Wednesday including a fishmonger and greengrocer.

Park with children's play area, tennis courts and boules court.

The award-winning cave (Gold medal in Paris 1996) is open for wine tasting in the week and Saturdays until midday. It sells local wines either on draft or by the bottle.

Fantastic town of Pézenas is a two minute drive. Pézenas prides itself on its past; reflected in its fascinating winding streets and period architecture. Often called the 'Versailles' of the Languedoc, summer visitors are treated to a feast of festivals, costume dramas, concerts and exhibitions. Alternatively, take your pick from the numerous pavement cafés and watch the world drift slowly by before retiring to any one of the dozens of excellent, traditional restaurants. Don't miss the famous Saturday market that spills into the streets from daybreak and lasts all day.
Discover the many artisan shops in the old quarter, and the kilometre-long stretch of antique and bric-a-brac (brocante) stores.

Sunny, sandy Mediterranean beaches lie just 12 miles south of Pézenas. Beachfront cafés, seafood restaurants and all the glamour and glitz of summer in the south of France.

Slightly further afield, the unforgettable Pont du Gard, the fortified city of Carcassonne, Avignon and the Camargue make great days out.

For the children, the giant water park with slides and pool, 'AquaLand' at nearby Cap d'Agde will keep them amused for hours.

• Bookings run from Saturday 4:00pm to Saturday 10:00am.
• No smoking in the property.
• Bookings include electricity, water, linen and towels (not beach towels).
• Please note electricity / heating is not included November to end April.
