The property is located on the edge of the medieval village of Tressan, which lies among the Languedoc vineyards between Pézenas and Clermont L'Hérault.

Tressan has a general store which sells pretty much everything you could ever need; bread, wine, food, light bulbs etc!

Nearest restaurant in Plaissan, 4 km. Café bar / restaurant and further shops in Canet, 5 km.

A small and bustling little village, Canet is very much in the traditional Midi style. Extremely pretty and charming, the village has a café bar, newsagent, bakery, grocery store, local wine outlet and great market in the village square on Tuesday and Thursday mornings.

The vibrant town of Clermont l'Hérault is just 4 miles away and has all shops, supermarket, beautiful pedestrian area with pavement cafés and restaurants, artisan stalls and one of the best markets in the area on Wednesday mornings.

Just past Clermont lies one of the natural wonders of the Languedoc region - the beautiful Lake Salagou in the national park. Superb swimming, water sports, picnic area, walking and trekking. Spectacular scenery. A wonderful alternative to the busy Mediterranean beaches for swimming.

Through the vineyards to the south (12 miles) lies the enchanting Renaissance town of Pézenas with its winding streets, traditional restaurants, artisan shops, huge choice of restaurants and café bars and summer festivals and concerts.

The lovely Mediterranean beaches are only 40 mins from the house. Take your pick from the super child-friendly sandy beaches. All water sports, entertainments and activities, and almost endless seafood restaurants, waterside cafés and bars.

Golf, casino, nightclubs, lively bars, restaurants, theme parks and huge water park (Aqualand) in Cap d'Agde.

Many historic sites to see, medieval villages to explore and spectacular scenery to discover.

• Prices are for the rental of the entire property above, per week.
• Bookings run from Saturday 4pm to Saturday 10am and include electricity, water, linen and towels (not pool / beach towels).
• No children under age of 8 years and no non-swimmers.
• No smoking in the property.
