The property is set in a secluded location surrounded by endless vineyards, 3 min from the picturesque village of Capestang with all amenities.

The house is one of three properties which make up a wine-producing domaine. Each property is completely separate and private. Wine can be purchased onsite for as little as 2 Euros per bottle. Fresh, local produce, (fruit, vegetables etc) are also available.

The house has been fully renovated and offers spacious accommodation on two floors; sleeping up to 7 in 5 bedrooms with two large, family bathrooms.

3 min away is the lovely village of Capestang, set on the stunning, tree-lined Canal du Midi. Here you'll find a charming square with café bars and newsagent. Grocery store, bakeries and large supermarket, also.

Capestang is a very picturesque village on the Canal du Midi with all amenities; bakeries, grocery store, newsagent, café bars and restaurants.

Mediterranean beaches lie nearby - the closest is St Pierre sur Mer, 30 mins.

Lovely walks along the nearby Canal du Midi - a superb waterway that links the Atlantic and Mediterranean coast. Beautifully shaded tow-paths ideal for walking or cycling with many cafés and bars dotted along the banks.

Wine tasting on almost every corner.

Béziers with its hypermarkets, cathedral, Friday flower market, tree-lined boulevard of shops and restaurants.

Fortified city of Carcassonne - don't miss!
