The property is located in the village of Cebazan, 5 min from Saint Chinian in the heart of the Languedoc vineyards and 35 min to the Mediterranean coast.

Local bakery in the village, only 50 meters from the house. Excellent, large, local wine shop too!
All amenities in Saint Chinian (5 min) including café bars and restaurants, supermarkets, all shops and many wine outlets.

Further good restaurants in Cruzy, (7 min) Capestang (11 min) and all along the Canal du Midi.

Lovely walks along the nearby Canal - a superb waterway that links the Atlantic and Mediterranean coast. Beautifully shaded toe-paths ideal for walking or cycling with many cafés and bars dotted along the banks.

Wine tasting on almost every corner.

Béziers with its hypermarkets, cathedral, Friday flower market, tree-lined boulevard of shops and restaurants.

• Bookings run from Saturday 4pm to Saturday 10am and include electricity, water, linen and towels (not beach towels).
• No smoking in the property.
