Two separate entrances (via the pedestrian street) or through the courtyard. Parking 30 metres from the house.

30 metres also from the front door to small grocery / bread shop, wine store and charming little café. 10 min walk to 'Bel Air' restaurant.

All amenities including supermarkets, restaurants and café bars etc in villages, all within 10 min of the house.

Vineyards surround the village and Mediterranean beaches only 40 min.

The property is located in the heart of the village of Faugères. Faugères is situated midway between Montpellier and St Chinian, 40 min from the Mediterranean coast and 25 min from Béziers.

30 metres to grocery store, wine store bread shop and café.
'Bel Air' restaurant 10 min walk. Service station with excellent wine shop!

All amenities in Laurens (5 min drive) and Magalas, inc supermarket (10 min drive) with 3 restaurants, café bars, supermarket, pizzeria, internet point, pharmacy and bank with cash dispenser. Further restaurants / shops in Hérépian (5 min) and Bédarieux (10 min).

Faugères windmills with spectacular views (2 mins).

Mediterranean beaches (40 mins) Golf at Beziers and Lamalou-les-Bains (10 mins). River swimming and kayaking in Reals (20 mins). Excellent walking, trekking, spectacular scenery in the Languedoc National park (20 mins).

Beziers (25 mins) for hypermarkets, further restaurants and bars, shopping, markets. Pézenas (20 mins), a beautiful town with period architecture, artisan shops, winding streets and wonderful Saturday market. Concerts and summer festivals.

• * Sterling & Dollar rates are provided ONLY as a guide - all rentals are payable in EUROS.
• Prices are for the rental of the entire property above, per week.
• Bookings run from Saturday 4:00pm to Saturday 10:00am.
• Security deposit of £250 or 275 Euros cash payable to the housekeeper / owners upon arrival. Fully refundable (if no damages or breakages) prior to departure.
• No smoking in the property.
• Bookings include electricity, water, linen and towels (not beach / pool towels).
