Living accommodation comprises 7 bedrooms spread over two floors. Four bedrooms on the ground floor and three bedrooms with further living space via separate access from the beautiful courtyard.

Large terraces on ground and 1st floors with dining facilities and lovely views.

Extensive woodland, grassed areas and delightful fruit orchard offer great spaces for children to explore (not recommended for small children).

Private pool, sun terrace and pool-side bathroom accessed via woodland stairs.

All amenities in local village of Cazouls-les-Béziers.

The village has all amenities; bakery, supermarket, newsagent, café bar and great wine cave.
Traditional street market on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Just down the road (1 km) is a wonderful stretch of freshwater swimming in the Orb river, hugely popular in summer.
Alternatively, at Reals (8 km) there is canoe and kayaking as well as further swimming.

Charming French owners live in privately accessed, independent accommodation in the Château and can offer advice and recommendations if required.

Cazouls-les-Beziers is a charming, mid-sized typical Languedoc village (population 3,343); ideally situated midway between the beautiful Languedoc National Park and the wonderful Mediterranean coastline with endless stretches of golden child-friendly beaches.

The village has all amenities; bakery, supermarket, newsagent, café bar and great wine cave.

Arguably the best wine-tasting area in the world, visit the famous town of St Chinian and any one of the many vineyards.
Superb wine 'warehouse' in the village itself.

Mediterranean beaches lie just 30 mins from the property.

Valras Plage has vast sandy beaches and an array of pavement café and bars. Great seafood (and other) restaurants, pretty harbour and traditional street markets.

Neighbouring Serignan Plage or Vendres Plage offer further endless sandy beaches without the crowds.
Béziers (only 10 mins away) is a wonderful town with spectacular cathedral and wonderful views over the surrounding countryside.
Huge choice of restaurants and pavement cafés. Superb daily food market in the covered 'Les Halles' (except Monday) and probably the best flower market in the south of France in the beautiful tree-lined boulevard on Fridays.

Many cultural events and concerts. Don't miss the 4 day street party 'Féria' in August.
Golf at Beziers and Cap d'Agde.

Cap d'Agde also has the huge water park 'Aqualand', boat trips, casino, fashionable shopping, waterside restaurants and nightclubs.

Great day trips to unmissable Carcassonne and the Pont du Gard.

• Security deposit of £1000 or 1000 Euros cash payable to the housekeeper / owner upon arrival. Fully refundable (if no damages or breakages) prior to departure.
• No smoking in the property.
• Bookings include electricity, water, linen and towels (not beach / pool towels).
