The property is located in the middle of the village of Cers on the road that leads to all shops; (1 min walk to) grocery store, bakery, newsagent and pharmacy. Large supermarket 1 min drive.

Cers village is between Perpignan and Montpellier and between Cap d'Agde and Narbonne; 1km from the Canal du Midi

Wine tasting almost everywhere. The Languedoc is the biggest wine-producing region in France.

Superb fish restaurants in the chic resort of Sète and the seafood capital of Meze. Golf in Beziers, beautiful hiking and mountain walking in the nearby hills and gorges of the Languedoc National park. Lovely freshwater swimming in the rivers or at Lake Salagou.

Beziers (10 mins) has great shopping, restaurants, fantastic 4 day street festival ('Feria') in August, superb Friday flower market and huge hypermarkets.

Villeneuve (5 min) with further restaurants and shops.

Beautiful beaches stretching along the famous and scenic 'Côte Vermaille' down to the Spanish border and imposing Pyrenees (only 80 minutes away). Don't miss a trip to the fortified city of Carcassonne or head east to the Pont du Gard and further into Provence (1 hr).

• Bookings run from Saturday 4:00pm to Saturday 10:00am.
• Neither Pure France nor the property owner are liable for any loss or interruption of internet service.
• Security deposit of 500 Euros cash payable to the housekeeper upon arrival. Fully refundable (if no damages or breakages) prior to departure.
• No smoking in the property.
• Bookings include electricity, water, linen and towels (not beach / pool towels).
• 5% discount for two week bookings.
