The heated swimming pool is 11 x 5 meters has plenty of sun loungers and deckchairs and an underwater pool light. Wide Roman steps lead into the shallow end which descends to 2.5m at the deep end.

Croquet, badminton, boules and barbecue equipment are also provided.

The property itself is large and spacious with 6 bedrooms to sleep 12.

Escassefort - 3 km - local village with two bakers, post office, bar and shop.

Seyches - 5 km - restaurant and bar, tennis courts, butcher, baker, newsagent, bank, pharmacy and doctor.

Marmande - 10 km - town with a wide range of shops and supermarkets and a rail connection to Bordeaux and Paris.

Bordeaux airport is 75 minutes away.

Situated between Bergerac and Marmande, Vigneau is ideal for exploring the Dordogne and Lot valleys, the Bastide towns, the forests of the Landes and both the Bordeaux and the local wine regions (Marmande and Duras, Montbazillac and Buzet).

St Emilion is less than an hours drive away.

The Atlantic coast and the prehistoric caves at Les Eyzies are both approximately 90 minutes by car.
