The property is located in open countryside 15 min from the lovely town of Eymet with all amenities.

Eymet is situated between Bergerac (40 min) and Marmande (the A62 motorway 20 min) and 70 min from Bordeaux.

All amenities in Duras, 2 min. Further shops, restaurants, caf� bars, supermarkets in Marmande 25 min.

Ideal base for visits to the Dordogne valley with its world famous pre-historic cave paintings, caverns and pre-historic cliff dwellings as well as the romantic medieval Ch�teaux of the Dordogne and the 'Bastide' towns (fortified market towns) which remain largely as they were 600 years ago.

World renowned wine tasting is available locally in the Duras, Sauterne, Marmande, Bergerac and Monbazillac areas as well as in Graves, M�doc and the picturesque medieval town of Sainte-Emillion.

There are regular markets in the local picturesque towns of Duras (Monday), Sainte-Foy-la-Grande (Saturday) and Eymet (Thursday), along with many others in the area. On the first Sunday of each month, the old town of Bergerac transformed into a large antique market.

Bordeaux, with its opera house, art galleries, museums, shops and the lovely broad sandy beaches of the Atlantic coast are little more than an hour away. Moreover, Biarritz, located further south on the Atlantic coast, is still within striking distance of a day-trip.

• Prices are for the rental of the entire property above, per week.
• Bookings run from Saturday 4pm to Saturday 10am and include electricity, water, linen and towels, (including pool towels).
• Cot, high chair and cot-bed available.
• Pool open May 1st - end of September. Extended periods by request.
• Approximate pool temperature 27°c.
• No smoking in the property.
