The spacious house is set over 3 floors with 4 ensuite bedrooms at the top of the house and fully equipped kitchen and living / dining areas on the ground floor opening out to the beautiful gardens and dining terraces.

The property is located in the village of Prayssas, between Agen and Villeneuve-sur-Lot.

1 min walk to all amenities; a café/bar/restaurant on the doorstep. There is also a charming café/bar on the square in the middle of the village.

Sunday morning market.
On a little street, is the Bastide St Louis, a restaurant/crêperie/pizzeria open for lunches and diners. The setting is a 12th century old stone room, as well as a terrasse.

On the main square; bakery, (best corn bread of the area) and an excellent pastry chef.
