Living accommodation is almost identical; ground floor kitchen and living rooms with three bedrooms and family bathroom on the 1st floor.

The property is situated in open countryside of the Lot Valley between Agen and Villeneuve-sur-Lot, just outside the small village of La Sauvetat de Savères.

All amenities in Beauville and Laroque Timbaut, 5 - 10 min drive.

Major supermarkets and all shops in Villeneuve, Fumel and Agen (20 - 30 min).

The pretty villages of Lauzerte, Tournon d'Agenais and Puy L'Eveque are close by, all offering lovely cafes and restaurants for those hot summer evenings. Moissac, which featured in Rick Stein's French Odyssey, has roman cloisters, a beautiful Abbey and the 'Pont de Napoleon' restaurant.

Ancient bastide village of Penne d'Agenais (15 min). The old village is a warren of little streets and lovely old stone houses that wind up the hill to the basilica and lovely views across the countryside. Just on the market square is a general grocery store and there are various artisan workshops and several reasonably priced restaurants
