Carcassonne Summer Festival 2011

In little over a month, one of Europe’s most spectacular locations will begin hosting possibly the greatest cultural summer festival ever seen in France

‘Le Festival de Carcassonne’ runs from June 16th until August 15th; two months of cultural festivities including dance, theatre, pop, rock and classical music concerts. Numerous free shows and activities for all ages, including the stunning Bastille Day (July 14th) firework display.
