Gliding;
Nearby Fayence is a European centre for gliding and you can experience the beauty of Provence from the air with a half hour ‘sightseeing’ tour.

Sailing, kayaking and water sports;
Kids will love the pedalos at Lac St. Cassien just 10 mins away, but you also have the choice of sea water sports centres at St Raphael or Frejus; kayaking on the pristine lakes of the Gorges St. Verdon, or the beaches of the Cote d’Azur.
For the kids;
If they get tired of all the other activities, Marineland in Antibes, and the zoo in Frejus are always popular.
Gorges de Verdon and Lac de saint Croix for breathtaking scenery.
Grasse is also the 'perfume capital of the world' and lies 30 mins from the house. Spectacular old village with winding streets and stunning views. Excellent restaurants and cafés. Endless opportunities to sample and purchase perfume, as well as visits to the manufacturers to see the rose petals being transformed into scent. Make your own perfume too.
Visit Antibes and Juan les Pins, the preferred hang-outs for many celebrities. Amazing night-life with many clubs, bars and restaurants.
Nearby St Tropez is perhaps the most beach resort in the world after Brigitte Bardot arrived in 1956 to make the film 'Et Dieu Créa la Femme'. Since then, St Tropez has become synonymous with its celebrity lifestyle and Mediterranean chicness. It certainly is an appealing place; a little fishing village on the southern shores of the Golfe de St Tropez. The 'Vieux Port', with the old town rising above the eastern quay is where you'll get the classic St Tropez experience. Choose from many sidewalk cafés to just sit and watch people go by.
The village has a huge choice of shops, cafés, restaurants, picturesque squares, winding streets and beautiful architecture to admire. Lively night-life clubs and cultural events. Several beaches to choose from.
Just outside St Tropez is PORT GRIMAUD, a charming Provençal town built in the 1960's and based on the layout of Venice; brightly coloured houses stand (and float) on private lagoons and waterways. It is a truly spectacular sight. Perfect for a gentle stroll to admire the architecture and the boats. Lots of cafés and brasserie restaurants. Boat trips leave here for a tour around the bay.
Facing St Tropez across the gulf is STE MAXIME, a pretty and traditional Riviera town with long promenade and palm trees. Delightful stretches of Med beaches with all water sports. No better way to spend an evening than to choose one of the restaurants or bars on the waterside and just watch the boats and the lights out on the bay.
FREJUS and ST RAPHAEL are similar to Ste Maxime and offer further shops, markets and restaurants. Fréjus has a Roman amphitheatre and hosts many summer concerts.
