The house is located down a tiny no-through-road, 2 min (drive), 20 min walk (less on the way back, downhill!) from the centre of the beautifully picturesque and highly sought-after village of Tourtour. The village has endless views over the surrounding Provençal countryside and has all amenities, including 9 restaurants and grocery store and bakery.

The house is spread over two floors with large, open-plan living accommodation and fully equipped, fitted kitchen and laundry room.

Two bedrooms / one bathroom on the ground floor and a further three bedrooms and two bathrooms (2 ensuite) on the 1st floor.

The property is located off a country lane just outside the village of Tourtour.
The village is located 25 km from Draguignan, between the Verdon Grand Canyon and the Mediterranean coastline.
The hilltop position of the village offers stunning views over Provence, from Fréjus and the Mediterranean sea to the Sainte-Victoire mountain.

2 min drive, 20 min walk (less on the way back, downhill!) into the village with all amenities including mini-market and 9 restaurants!
Summer concerts, exhibitions and authentic traditional fetes.

Further shops, including supermarkets, bakery, all shops, many café bars and restaurants, post office, newsagent, gift shop and tennis courts in Villecroze and Salernes (10 - 15 min).

Beautiful village of Aups, famous for its olive oil, 10 min away. Lac Sainte Croix and the spectacular Verdon Gorge less than half an hour away.
Don't miss a visit to the stunning village of Moustiers-Sainte-Marie.
