An ideal place for 2 families or larger groups, Le Mas des Anges is a beautifully restored Provencal farmhouse in the heart of the Luberon.

Very large garden with private, heated, beautiful pool and the most stunning views across the Luberon mountains.

Ideally located amongst the lavender, olive groves and vineyards, and yet only 5 minutes from both the gorgeous hilltop village of Saignon and the charming town of Apt with its famous market and all amenities.

The famous villages of Bonnieux, Gordes, Menerbes, and Roussillon are all within 10 to 20 minutes drive. Ample places in which to wine and dine, and for the more active there are lots to do.

The accommodation itself is very spacious (220m²), shared between two adjoining properties, full of charm with original terracotta floors, stone walls, beamed ceilings and very tasteful decoration.

The outdoor space is fantastic (lots of shade and lots of sun!) with great views and a choice of al fresco dining.

Local Information

The property is located in a small the heart of the Luberon countryside, close to Apt (5 min) and 5 min from the lovely village of Saignon.

Saignon has a bakery and restaurant and café bar and artisan shops.

All amenities including supermarkets and further restaurants and café bars and cinema (with UK films) in Apt, 5 min.

Cycling, fishing, horse riding, mountain biking, mountaineering, swimming, tennis, walking. Golf is 30 minutes drive away.

Le Mas des Anges is ideally located for exploring the whole of the Luberon with its famous villages, wine tasting circuits, country walks, but also the more mountainous Alpes de Hautes Provence with the stunning Gorges du Verdon.

It is also within an hour's drive of the beautiful towns of Avignon and Aix-en-Provence, and just over an hour from Arles, Saint Remy or Nimes. The beautiful coast and beaches near Marseille are one and a half hour away and the French Riviera is 2 hours away.
