This is a 250 year old restored farmhouse set in 4 acres of private gardens and woodland, including a fabulous private olive grove of 100 trees.

Private pool of 9 x 5m set in extensive garden, fully lit at night. Great for kids who will love the football 'pitch' with goalposts and net, trampoline and swings. Many lovely mature trees including huge bay tree and fig and almond trees. Please help yourselves!

Large dining terrace (illuminated) under oak tree offers excellent shade from the heat of the day...and evening!

Several wine outlets and vendors of local produce including olive oil.

The property is located off a single track lane surrounded by beautiful countryside and vineyards, midway between Aubignan and Caromb, 20 min from Avignon and 15 min from Orange.

Caromb, (2 min drive, 3 km) has a bakery, two grocery stores, restaurants (inc brasserie and pizzeria), café bars, bank with cash machine, pharmacy, newsagent and very pretty town square. Several wine outlets and vendors of local produce including olive oil.

Aubignan, 4 km has a similar range of excellent amenities.

Many excellent restaurants in nearby villages of Le Barroux (5 min) and Malaucène (10 min).

Carpentras, 10 min is a bigger town with many shops and superb, traditional street market. Huge choice of restaurants and café bars etc.

Cultural sites and events continue throughout the summer in Orange and Avignon, both places not to be missed. Orange with its famous amphitheatre and nearby vineyards of the Côtes du Rhone. Avignon with the half bridge and Pope's Palace. Great shopping and old winding streets.

The lovely Camargue National Park lies close by. You really will see black bulls, pink flamingos and white horses. Many horse and pony-trekking ranches and great choice of Mediterranean beaches.

The Camargue and the fabulous beaches on the south coast are all within easy driving distance.

• Bookings run from Saturday 4pm to Saturday 10am and include electricity, water, linen and towels (not beach/pool towels).

• * The trampoline is provided in good working order and is for children’s use only. Neither the property owner nor Pure France accept no responsibility or liability for any accidents caused through its use. It is the responsibility of adult members of the party to ensure safe and appropriate use. Children must be supervised at all times.
