The house lies on a single-track country lane 800m from the centre of the picturesque village with a café bar, restaurant, grocery store, newsagent and pharmacy. Supermarkets and hypermarkets are nearby in Avignon and Carpentras.

Entry to the property is through an automated gate and down a sweeping drive. Plenty of private parking and 5,000m² of private grounds to enjoy. Large Provençal garden with plants, flowers, fruit and palm trees. Immense lawned garden for children's games.

Nearby Isle de la Sorgue is another pretty town with many restaurants and antique shops.

Don't miss a visit to spectacular Gordes.

Also worth visiting are Arles, Aix, Orange and the Camargue National Park.
