The property is situated in open countryside, 1 min drive (5 min walk) outside the picturesque village of Loriol-du-Comtat, 10 min from Carpentras and 25 min from Avignon.
Adjoining private residences with private entrances.

Loriol has a small supermarket, bakery, café bar, take-away pizza and cash machine and post-office

Large supermarket and further restaurants in Sarrians, 2 min.

Carpentras is a pretty, traditional Provençal town with all amenities including many restaurants, supermarkets and excellent street market.

Cultural sites and events continue throughout the summer in Orange and Avignon, both places not to be missed. Orange with its famous amphitheatre and nearby vineyards of the Côtes du Rhone. Avignon with the half bridge and Pope's Palace. Great shopping and old winding streets.

The lovely Camargue National Park lies close by. You really will see black bulls, pink flamingos and white horses. Many horse and pony-trekking ranches and great choice of Mediterranean beaches.

The Camargue and the fabulous beaches on the south coast are all within easy driving distance.
