The pool is an 'S'-shape and curves around the mature palm tree in the pool courtyard measuring overall in free-form design 9 x 4.5 metres.

Villa St Charles is unique in that it can be let as a complete villa or independent units, each with its own space and facilities including satellite TV channels, without infringing on any other tenants.

The villa has three distinct areas in an L-shaped design with the east and west wings both facing onto the pool directly in front of the property.

Local Information

Villa St Charles is situated in Juan les Pins, just a few hundred yards from the sandy Mediterranean beaches.

The neighbourhood is quiet and residential, but a stone's throw away is all the activity of the best night-life on the Côte d'Azur, wonderful boutiques, excellent restaurants and superb beaches with every kind of watersport and all within a short walk.

Juan les Pins is one of the most lively parts of the Cote d'Azur with an exciting nightlife where night owls run shoulders in summer as they move between fashionable night clubs, casino and even night shopping. During the day the sandy beaches and glistening Mediterranean provide the perfect place to relax.
