Pure France - Holiday rental homes and villas in France

The specialist for quality holiday rental
homes, villas and chateaux in France

Legally registered & financially bonded

But what does that really mean...?

Managing property rentals in France is a strictly regulated industry. The law requires businesses like Pure France to have a government license called a 'Carte Professionnelle', a bond to protect clients' money and professional liability insurance to cover negligence.

We have this required Carte – provided by the Prefecture in the Aude department of Languedoc-Roussillon and our industry governing body, the CGAIM, provides a €700,000 bond which completely guarantees clients' and owners' funds against loss.

We also have professional liability cover from insurance giant Allianz Assurances. Of course, clients' and owners' money does not belong to us so it's held separately from our own funds in a special non-interest earning client account with our bankers HSBC.

Clients and owners at Pure France enjoy a level of protection which few other companies can offer because part of our success comes from offering complete peace of mind.
