  • Rental client's personal chef not permitted. Catering services available on request.
  • Complimentary breakfast products include the following (or similar); 2 packs of butter, 3 pots of jam, 1 pot of nutella, 4 litres of milk, sugar, large jar of coffee, large pack of tea bags, 4 litres of water, 2 large boxes of cereal and daily equivalent of 5 baguettes.

Tourist Tax
Where applicable, Pure France is required to collect and remit local government tourism taxes on behalf of our property owners. These taxes are calculated and collected from guests at the time of booking. Pure France then remits collected taxes to the applicable tax authority on the property owners' behalf.
For this property tourist taxes are due between 01 January and 31 December and will not exceed € 2.30 per adult per night.


Location

The villa is located in an exclusive, residential area on Cap d'Antibes. The area consists of wooded lanes with superb detached houses, all within a 5 minutes walk to the coast.

Antibes and Juan-les-Pins 5 minutes, Cannes 15 minutes, Nice 25 minutes, Monaco 35 minutes and Saint-Tropez 75 minutes.

10 minutes walk to delightful beach-front restaurant and cocktail bar overlooking the jetty and Mediterranean.

2 minutes drive to supermarket, bakery and other shops.

5 minutes drive to the beautiful, walled town of Antibes with beautiful, winding streets, marvellous views, extensive harbour and endless choice of traditional restaurants, café bars and nightlife. Probably the best street market on the South coast; every morning June to August. All shops and amenities.

A must-see is Château Grimaldi where Picasso used to have a studio. Stunning views over the sea.

Lighthouse, 10 minutes walk away with very good views all around and particularly to Antibes and Juan-les-Pins round to Cannes.

Juan-les-Pins is a bustling area of designer shops, pavement cafés and all manner of restaurants. An ideal place to sit and watch the world go by. World famous jazz festival during the last two weeks of July.

Cannes with its celebrated harbour and long, palm-tree lined promenade, (La Croisette) with its array of famous hotels (The Carlton and The Martinez) and private beaches. So much to see and do here. Fantastic beaches, endless shops, restaurants and cafés to discover. Superb night-life.

Visit the 'Iles des Lerins', two small, beautiful islands that lie a 10 minutes boat trip from the harbour. Many historical sites, excellent bird watching a slightly slower pace than on the mainland, ideal for a quiet picnic. Great views of Cannes, also!

Golf at Cannes-Mandelieu and Grasse.

Grasse is also the 'perfume capital of the world' and lies 20 minutes from Cannes. Spectacular old village with winding streets and stunning views. Excellent restaurants and cafés. Endless opportunities to sample and purchase perfume, as well as visits to the manufacturers to see the rose petals being transformed into scent. Make your own perfume too.

Staying at the property made our vacation unforgettable. We are a group of ten avid tennis players from Canada, drawn to the South of France by the Monte Carlo Open tennis tournament. The villa, large enough to accommodate all of us, was luxuriously furnished and the grounds were pristine and and lush. The pool was large and inviting but the highlight for us was the full-sized tennis court. We played for hours everyday unless we were off watching the tournament. The location of the villa is superb, just a short walk from breathtaking seaside hikes, local beaches and the charming town of Antibes. We ate in most evenings, making use of the great outdoor kitchen but had a couple memorable meals in town at Il Giardino where they serve bottles of wine with a flourish that has to be seen to be believed. Overall, it was among the best group travel experiences we've had. If you can't imagine a holiday without tennis then the "Star of the Cape" serves up a perfect match.

Just to say that we've all enjoyed a thoroughly wonderful fortnight at your lovely villa, which is a total delight. We holiday on the Côte d'Azur every summer, from Cap Ferrat through to Les Issambres, and this has been the best experience we can all recall. The proximity of the kitchen to the pool, the tennis court, its perfect scale, and so beautifully decorated and furnished, complementing the divine architecture. The world's most ideal location. If we weren't on the plage at Garoupe, we were exploring Antibes Old Town, or entertaining the kids at Antibesland (which is actually rather well done), or watching the magnificent fireworks at a Juan-Les-Pins beach restaurant. Delightful all round... and a touch irksome to be back home. Thank you so, so much for making your villa available to us.
