Bookings run from 4:00pm on your day of arrival to 10:00am on your day of departure.
No smoking in the property.
Bookings include electricity, water, linen and towels (not pool towels).
Neither Pure France nor the property owner are liable for any loss or interruption of internet service.

Tourist Tax
Where applicable, Pure France is required to collect and remit local government tourism taxes on behalf of our property owners. These taxes are calculated and collected from guests at the time of booking. Pure France then remits collected taxes to the applicable tax authority on the property owners' behalf.

Location

The property is located in the tiny hamlet of Vésignole between Périgueux and Angoulême.

Restaurant and bread shop in Salles-Lavalette, 3 km. All amenities including supermarket in Montmoreau, 6 km. Further shops (more restaurants, bigger supermarket!) in Villebois.

Local features are Aubeterre-sur-Dronne where you can hire canoes and visit the eglise Monolythic.

Markets are at Ribérac and Brantôme. And lots to do in Angoulême. Cognac and Jarnac, about 40 km - 50 km away with tours of the famous distilleries.

Saint-Émilion is about 60 km but well worth a visit. Endless choice of excellent wine...

What a house! What an area! So tranquil with no traffic, nice people and an amazing mix of wildlife on your doorstep. The Southern vista past the pool is captivating and occupied a lot of our time just taking it in. Weather has been exceptional and the pool an absolute must in temps up to 37°C ! On reflection I think we may have to be evicted by the bailliffs! Back to the ratrace and litter in UK tomorrow... Love it here 10/10.
This is our second visit to Les Noyers.
Amazing! Never out of the pool as the temps were seeking at 38°C.
Food recommendation:
La Bodega in Chalais - the best tapas.
Remember to pre order your croissants if you need more than 10 from the bakery.
Absolutely fantastic! The pool was my absolute favourite thing to do! Everything was clean and tidy. THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

Fantastic stay in beautiful tranquil location. House perfct. Shame to have to leave Friday in race for the tunnel and to avoid quarantine but well worth the trip here and back. Rested and relaxed.

Very much enjoyed our almost 2 week stay at Les Noyers. Whilst not the searching hot summer weather that we have experienced in the past, we made good use of the superb pool and greatly appreciated the tranquility of the house and grounds.
The house was very comfortable and well-equipped and we would definitely like to return. Outmap included Aubeterre, Angoulême and Bordeaux.

A super week - thank you! The perfect place to relax. We've enjoyed some fabulous meals on the terrace - we will miss the fabulous view and pool. Brantome market was fun and the children enjoyed swimming at the river in Aubeterre. We had a lovely meal in Salles Lavalette - very reasonable and tasty. Would recommend - L'Envie Gourmande.

A fabulous and relaxing week - it's so quiet and empty here and even in late August. It was hot and sunny enough for sunbathing and swimming. Our top recommendation would be Tourbières the cabin restaurant near Vendoire - just turn right at Gurat. Merci et a bientôt!

The house and the views are fantastic, the photos just don't do it justice! We've had a fantastic week and don't want to go home to the rain... and back to reality!
