The property is situated 65 minutes from Toulouse airport, just outside the picturesque village of Saint-Clar in the heart of Gascony.
Local village, Saint-Clar (3 km) with 2 bakeries, restaurant and pizzeria, supermarket, two café bars, estate agent, three doctors, two pharmacies and a bank with cash machine. Two hairdressers.
During the summer months the 'Base de Loisirs' is open, featuring a large swimming lake with sandy beach and water slides.
