Bookings include electricity, water, linen and towels (not beach or pool towels).

Tourist Tax
Where applicable, Pure France is required to collect and remit local government tourism taxes on behalf of our property owners. These taxes are calculated and collected from guests at the time of booking. Pure France then remits collected taxes to the applicable tax authority on the property owners' behalf.

The property is located on a small, wine-producing domaine consisting of 3 dwellings surrounded by vineyards, 2 miles from Capestang.

Capestang is a very picturesque village on the Canal du Midi with all amenities; bakeries, grocery store, newsagent, café bars and restaurants.

Mediterranean beaches lie nearby - the closest is Saint-Pierre-la-Mer, 30 minutes.

Lovely walks along the nearby Canal du Midi - a superb waterway that links the Atlantic and Mediterranean coast. Beautifully shaded tow-paths ideal for walking or cycling with many cafés and bars dotted along the banks.

Wine tasting on almost every corner.

Béziers with its hypermarkets, cathedral, Friday flower market, tree-lined boulevard of shops and restaurants.

Fortified city of Carcassonne - don't miss!

So much to do, so little time. An ideal base to discover this beautiful region.

Local airports: Béziers 30 minutes, Montpellier and Carcassonne and Perpignan 1 hour.

Beautiful and spacious villa with plenty of balconies to enjoy peaceful countryside views! Spent a lot of time relaxing by the pool but thoroughly enjoyed repeated trips to Cave Cros and La Bateliere restaurants in Capestang itself. A wonderful week has gone by quickly and we're sorry to leave.

A perfect holiday house - spacious, clean and child-friendly in a beautiful location. We've enjoyed swimming in the pool and eating al fresco. The wonderful shady garden has made even the hottest days pleasant. The balcony is the perfect place to watch the grape harvest.

Capestang is a lovely little town and square for coffee and ice cream. Bread and Croissants are great from the local bakers. Lidl and Intermarche are decent supermarkets. Views from the balcony - excellent. Thank you so much for making it feel like home from home.
