The property is situated in a rural residential area with other multi-million Euro properties in the edge of the pretty town of Saint-Gély-du-Fesc, 10 minutes from Montpellier and 40 minutes from the Mediterranean coast and lovely beaches at Palavas-les-Flots.

All amenities in Saint-Gély including large supermarket, bakeries, restaurants, café bars and local produce stores, 5 minutes.

Further beaches and superb beach resorts at La Grande-Motte, Le Grau-du-Roi, Port-Camargue and Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer.
