• Bookings run from 4:00pm on your day of arrival to 10:00am on your day of departure.
• No smoking in the property.
• Bookings include electricity, water, linen and towels (not beach / pool towels).

Tourist Tax
Where applicable, Pure France is required to collect and remit local government tourism taxes on behalf of our property owners. These taxes are calculated and collected from guests at the time of booking. Pure France then remits collected taxes to the applicable tax authority on the property owners' behalf.

Great swimming in the nearby lake in Lougratte. This lake has a small beach, pedalos, canoes etc and is very popular... You can picnic on the grass or under the trees.

Other local towns include the beautiful medieval town of Issigeac, the Bastide towns of Eymet, Miramont-en-Guyenne and the pretty town of Lauzun all with good restaurants and weekly farmers markets.

Bergerac is some 35 km North and Villeneuve-sur-Lot 25 km to the South. Both these larger towns have good shopping facilities, superb restaurants and weekly street markets.
