Tourist Tax
Where applicable, Pure France is required to collect and remit local government tourism taxes on behalf of our property owners. These taxes are calculated and collected from guests at the time of booking. Pure France then remits collected taxes to the applicable tax authority on the property owners' behalf.

Location

The property is situated in open countryside close to the local village of Allemans-du-Dropt, between Eymet, Cancon and Castillonnes and about 40 minutes South of Bergerac.

Local amenities in Allemans (4 minutes drive); excellent restaurant, café bar, bakery, grocery store and butcher, newsagent and pharmacy. Monteton is about 5 minutes drive and has a restaurant; 'Treize Cloches'.

The Church is worth a visit. It has a weir and some attractive flower features. The nearest supermarket is in Saint-Pardoux-Isaac (annexed to Miramont) that is 7 minutes drive away and Eymet is 13 minutes away, Duras is 10 minutes. Miramont also has all amenities.
