Set in the charming, small town of Beauville, this is a 19th century traditional village house, completely renovated in high quality, contemporary style.

Light-filled, open-plan living area with kitchen and dining area, living room with TV and Wi-Fi internet opening to the garden and pool with unobstructed, far-reaching views over the surrounding countryside.

Three 1st floor bedrooms, one ensuite plus large family bathroom. (Further bedroom available on request).

Garden with dining table and chairs and BBQ. Steps lead down to the private infinity pool 6m x 3m with sun-deck and loungers.

Local café bar in the village.

All amenities, including supermarket in Laroque Timbaut, 11 km.

Further restaurant in Bourg de Visa, 7 km.

Large supermarkets and all shops in Agen, 26 km.

I stayed at this beautiful house in the autumn of 2021. It is situated in a lovely town with all the amenities you need (pub, shop, restaurant) as well as the most beautiful surroundings. The views from the townhouse itself are just breathtaking and I had several lovely morning runs in the surrounding undulating French countryside (felt very safe too). The house is spacious and modern but with traditional feel and features that give it a warm and comfortable vibe. The garden is perfect for eating out and the pool a nice size for a dip. We were lucky enough to eat at several wonderful local restaurants all within a short drive away at the hosts recommendation - local knowledge helps! There is so much to do in the area we didn't manage to fit it all in. A perfect place for a break long or short, for families or couples; I would highly recommend.

I stayed at Maison St Roch in 2021. The house was even better than the pictures. Extremely spacious, clean and well maintained. The living room is ideal for relaxing, with lovely views. The kitchen is well equipped and easy to move around in, with stools around the kitchen island, making it the perfect place to enjoy meals in a relaxed setting. The bedrooms are all spacious and comfortable with quality mattresses and luxurious bedding. The garden is beautiful, with an infinity pool overlooking the countryside. We enjoyed drinks around the pool and were also able to have our meals around the garden table as the weather was fabulous, sunny every day. My friends even swam every day. Claire is a formidable hostess, passed on detailed information about the region. She recommended two particularly special restaurants that we had to drive to but were well worth the drive as they were exceptionally good and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this house and would be very happy to return to explore the area further.
