The property is situated in a private, gated residence in Agay, 10 km from Saint-Raphaël and 55 minutes from Cannes.
Easy walk (10 minutes) down the hill to the centre commercial with bakery, supermarket, three restaurants, fish shop and newsagent. Tennis courts are also located here. Nearest beach is Baumette Plage (sandy) which is a 12 minute walk from the villa. The town of Agay is a 15 minute walk, with a wide variety of shops and restaurants and a long sandy beach.
